Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was not exactly what I expected, as the rooms felt a bit underground being on the ground floor facing the street. Despite this, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond in parking our car and providing historical insights about the hotel. The central location, right in the heart of Old Town Arles, was a major plus. However, the dining options were lacking, particularly in the morning. Overall, I had a pleasant stay with good value for money.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were updated with a modern bathroom, though my preference for an upper-level room wasn't met. The location in the heart of the old town of Arles was perfect for exploring, but the hotel felt a bit underground at times.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms have been lovingly modernized with a superb new bathroom while maintaining the best original features. The service was exceptional, with friendly and incredibly helpful staff. The location is perfect, right in the center of Arles, close to all amenities. The dining experience was very good with a variety of food options. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
